Presentation Description: During this presentation attendees will learn about ethics, morals, and values. Attendees will learn how generational differences also creates differences in generational ethics. This creates a challenge when trying to lead different generations with different ethics, core values, and work ethic. Once more aware of generational ethics, and the difference between generations attendees will better understand how to lead different generations in a world where everyone's moral compass is different due to life experience.
Detailed Description: During this presentation attendees will learn about ethics, morals, and values. Attendees will learn how generational differences also creates differences in generational ethics. This creates a challenge when trying to lead different generations with different ethics, core values, and work ethic. Once more aware of generational ethics, and the difference between generations attendees will better understand how to lead different generations in a world where everyone's moral compass is different.
We will discuss the meaning of ethical, versus unethical, what is a moral compass and how is it influenced? We will discuss leadership, and the difference between a leader and a manager as well as the decision making framework for both roles and how it differs. We will then discuss generational and ethical differences between each generation and how the decade they grew up in during their formative years effects this lives as employees, and human beings. Once attendees understand the concepts we will identify the different generations in the room and engage in several case study examples geared towards group discussion. This program has been done in the past and is an extremely engaging opportunity for attendees.

At the end of this session attendees will understand how generational experiences help to form a persons moral compass, and ethical view on life.
At the end of this session attendees will be better prepared to lead across the different generations in their workforce. Attendees will better understand what makes each generation "tick" and how to better lead a multi-generation workforce through education, and discussion.
