Jon Goldman is the Chief at Lakes Region Mutual Fire Aid (LRMFA) in Laconia NH. LRMFA is a fire and EMS mutual aid district comprising of 35 member communities, and 37 fire and EMS agencies encompassing 1,800 square miles in the State of NH's most heavily recreated area.

Chief Goldman has been Emergency Communications since 1995, and is a self professed "non-traditional leader." He believes in people first leadership, and developing a culture of developing his team into leaders themselves.

Chief Goldman also serves as an Advanced EMT, and sits on the NH Statewide Executive Interoperability Committee, and is the President of the NH Emergency Dispatchers Association, a Past President of the Atlantic Chapter of APCO, and the current Executive Councilor. Chief Goldman is a Senior Member of APCO, and has also obtained his RPL, and CPE designations.
