Erika Lakey, ENP RPL CMCP has been in public safety for over 15 years in various roles in 911. Her passions are teaching, technology, and networking. Erika serves on several committees in the 911 industry. Erika co-founded “Those 911 Girls, Inc”, a 911 resource hub to communicate the industry to help 911 professionals. Erika is passionate about 911 wellness and started the “Thin Gold Line 5K, Inc.” as her APCO RPL service project. She is also active in 911 reclassification efforts. Erika and her husband own and manage two small businesses in Central Florida and East Tennessee, respectively. Erika trains Brazilian jiu-jitsu and for Spartan races with her husband and three daughters.
