For most of us, becoming a 9-1-1 telecommunicator was somewhere between impossible and improbable, but, amid all the difficult memories we hold of how tough it was, virtually every successful 9-1-1 professional can point to a person who was their difference maker; the person who truly showed them the way to being confident and, ultimately, to being great. In this session, we'll rehash some of those memories as we pave the way for YOU to step in and step up for a new employee in desperate need of exactly what you have to offer.
