NG9-1-1 offers much more than the voice and text only systems deployed today. NG9-1-1 technology is designed to meet the growing need for actionable data for public safety response. 9-1-1 emergency communications centers (ECCs) must ask some critical questions when thinking about the transition to NG9-1-1: How does real-time data from the public reach first responders so it is actionable? What are the system requirements and how are they different than what we have in place today? Engage with the presenters on these and other questions and learn how your ECC can benefit from the capabilities of Next Generation 9-1-1.
