Artificial intelligence and machine learning were hot topics in 2023. In this session, we'll cover how AI and ML could be leveraged to help public safety communications teams and IT departments proactively anticipate and prevent cybersecurity threats. By leveraging supervised and unsupervised learning, heuristics, and signature analysis, teams could proactively detect anomalous user and device behavior, potential malicious intent, and possible emerging threats to gain the upper hand against increasingly sophisticated threat actors. Participants will take away real-world strategies to help address cybersecurity threats that commonly target public safety organizations.
Learning Objectives:
At the end of the session, participants will better understand how artificial intelligence and machine learning can provide data, information, and alerts to combat an increasingly sophisticated threat landscape.
At the end of the session, participants will better understand how proactive alarms and alerts can guide troubleshooting, remediation, and prevention techniques to protect their organizations from cyber threats.
At the end of the session, participants will better understand how reporting and analytics can integrated into a heterogeneous IT environment and help populate existing tools with critical information.
