Despite the fact that the maintenance of a radio system typically costs as much as its initial purchase, much attention is given to the former and very little to the latter. As a result, system owners often receive less support than they need and face additional, unplanned costs. In this session we will provide some examples of real-life errors and provide a list of the most important elements of a good maintenance contract.
Learning Objectives:
Explain significance and complexities of maintenance and support for wireless systems.
Provide examples of common errors in maintenance and support contracts.
Learn what to include in a solid maintenance and support contract.
