As the Public Safety Communications lead at the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM), Mr. Calbillo orchestrates the seamless management of first responder communication initiatives across 98 installations. This includes the integration of Computer Aided Dispatch, Mobile Technical Capabilities, FirstNet, and Land Mobile Radio. Mr Calbillo is also very instrumental in the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) compliance of these government public safety technical systems. With an impressive three-decade tenure within the Department of Defense (DoD), Mr. Calbillo brings a wealth of experience from diverse roles, including Air Force Security Forces, Defense Contractor, and Department of the Army Civilian.
His extensive operational expertise encompasses key positions across various Air Force and Army Commands, notably U.S. Air Forces in Europe (USAFE), Pacific Air Forces (PACAF), Air Education and Training Command (AETC), U.S. Air Forces Central (USAFCENT), and Army Materiel Command (AMC).
