My name is Amy Collins. I have been a telecommunicator with Kingsport Central Dispatch for 16 years. I am an ENP and a CTO. I was promoted in February to Shift Supervisor and also recently became an alternate TAC for my agency. I visit local elementary schools, preschools, and neighborhood watch meetings to present programs about 911. I am also a current member of our agency's job recruitment team. In my off time, I enjoy being a pug mom to my two fur-kids, Baxter and Benji.
