The Folded Dipole antennas provides directional coverage and generally provides wider bandwidths than other forms of dipole antennas. The EDX Series comes in multiple frequencies covering ranges between 150 to 512 MHz (VHF, PTC, or UHF). These folded dipole antennas are light weight, easy to mount, and DC grounded. They are strong enough to withstand winds of 150 mph. Installation is simple and mounts up to a 1.9” diameter mast. Mounting hardware is included. The Antennas Pictured to the right show the EDX Antennas with a User Supplied Masts. In addition, couplers and Phasing Harness are available for configurable patterns and Gain. Folded Dipole antennas can be phased together to provide an omni-directional pattern.
