My name is Sebrina Jackson. I am a dedicated and experienced Emergency Telecommunicator VI, Operations Supervisor, with Metro Nashville Department of Emergency Communications. I have 20 years of public safety experience. During that time, I’ve become skilled in public safety communications operations and tactical dispatch. I’ve managed large scale events and incidents ranging from historic flooding to NFL Drafts to the Christmas Day Bombing to U.S. Presidential Debates and more. Currently, I am a member of our swing shift’s leadership team, and I am one of two certified Communications Unit Leaders and Incident Communications Center Managers for our tactical dispatch Telecommunicator Emergency Response Team. As an operations supervisor, I perform administrative, supervisory, and technical duties to ensure efficient operation of the Emergency Communications Center and maintain compliance with established policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and local, state, and federal laws.
