Collier County Sheriff's Office
Supervisor Guttenfelder started her career with the Collier County Sheriff's Office in 2007 as a Dispatcher. She quickly excelled through the ranks becoming a senior dispatcher proficient on all disciplines before testing for Supervisor in 2019. Throughout Supervisor Guttenfelder's career she has won numerous life save and team work awards in addition to participating in committees throughout the sheriff's office to include becoming our Communications Emergency Management Liaison. In 2017, post Hurricane Irma, Supervisor Guttenfelder co-created and began overseeing the Emergency Operations Planning Committee (EOPC). This committee was instrumental in making recommendations to management for a variety of emergency situations such as hurricanes, wild fires, and evolved into creating policy for Active Shooter Hostile Event Response incidents. Supervisor Guttenfelder has her Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management and is currently working towards her masters degree.
