Jason Jeffares, BS, ENP

Jason Jeffares has over 15 years in Public Safety Communications – both in front-line PSAP/ECC Operations, and most recently in the Private Sector, working to make cybersecurity, and its importance, more accessible and easier understood by all levels of PSAP/ECC personnel. Mr. Jeffares began his career as a front-line call taker and dispatcher, and was promoted to a role as a Shift Supervisor prior to his departure from the PSAP in 2023. Mr. Jeffares has completed his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Cybersecurity in 2020 and 2023 respectively and is currently a Public Safety Cybersecurity Specialist with 911 Authority.
