William "BJ" Meadowcroft has worked for the Chester County Department of Emergency Services since 2000. He has served in every position in the 911 Emergency Communications Center as well as a Technical Communications Specialist, Deputy Director for Fire Services, and currently as the Deputy Director for Emergency Communications. Prior to this position, he served as the Communications Center Manager of a national railroad passenger police department.
