Nicole Lopez is the Training and Quality Assurance Manager at Salt Lake Valley Emergency Communications Center in Salt Lake County, Utah. Her experience includes being a 911 calltaker and police dispatcher for 14 years as well as instructing EMD, CPR, and POST. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and human resources but was ultimately drawn to public safety by her law enforcement officer brother. After discovering the fulfillment dispatching brings to her, she decided to make this her career.

Outside of work, Nicole finds joy in adventuring with her family. They enjoy camping, kayaking, skiing, and exploring new places.
