Principle Architect
First Net, Built with AT&T
Brad Steiner is a Principal Architect in the Mission Critical Solutions team where he partners with First Responders, AT&T Product teams, and the FirstNet Authority to accelerate the adoption of and expand the use of FirstNet. His diverse experiences have placed him in many of the traditional roles in the public safety technology space. This has given him multiple viewpoints regarding technology decisions as he has been the vendor, customer, system-provider, educator, lobbyist, and decision-maker. With 20+ years of design, implementation, and management experience in cellular and LMR wireless communications systems and their processes, he understands the challenges – both technical, financial, and political - and is driving future communications solutions for First Responders. A passionate problem-solving engineer at heart, Brad enjoys working side-by-side with customers to understand their challenges, and then create and implement solutions to meet those challenges.
