Zachary Dykes is the Training Coordinator for the Missouri State Highway Patrol's Communications Division. He has worked in public safety communications since 2009 and first served as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher in his hometown before being appointed to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Zach currently serves on several national committees, as the President of the Missouri Chapter of APCO and on the executive committee of the Missouri Public Safety Communications Conference. He is also a proud member of the Missouri Professional Training Partnership, an organization that strives to provide low-to-no cost initial and continuing education training to Public Safety Communications Officials.
