Description: Orange County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) Communications Center is a primary PSAP providing 911 and law enforcement dispatch services for unincorporated Orange County and the municipalities of Belle Isle and Edgewood. OCSO has an authorized staff of 203. In 2023 OCSO answered 802,526 emergency 911 calls and a similar number of administrative/non-emergency calls for a total of over 1.3M calls. The Center is co-located with Orange County Fire Rescue Communications Center. It was recently renovated and equipped with Xybix sit-stand consoles. Primary systems include a Positron Viper 911 system, and a Motorola 800MHZ radio system. We recently implemented a CentralSquare CAD.
