"Where’s the emergency?" is one of the first questions callers are asked after dialing 9-1-1. However, it can be very difficult for response teams to decipher exactly where help is needed, especially when callers are in an unfamiliar area. When time is of the essence, it's crucial that resources are dispatched quickly and accurately – that’s where what3words comes in.

Hear from what3words’ Public Safety Communications Manager, Penny Willoughby, and public safety officials about how response teams across the country are utilizing what3words’ free and simple location technology – revolutionizing rescue operations and saving time and resources when it matters most.
